Rebecca is licensed as a master’s level clinician, experienced in working with a variety of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, developmental disability, autism and ADHD. She is also in her fourth year of doctoral studies. Her interests include working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and with individuals who have had adverse experiences.
She approaches therapy from a relational cultural lens and believes relationships are fundamental in both hurting and healing. By focusing on understanding how individuals relate to others, the world, and themselves, Rebecca is able to foster growth and self-awareness for individuals. She believes therapy can be a place of empowerment and safe connection.
