Kate Kittredge MA TLLP, PMHC

Hey there! I’m Kate (she/hers). I have a master’s in clinical psychology, a specialized
certification in perinatal mental health, and a background in practicing and teaching Yoga. My hope is to create a space where you are able to feel seen, supported, and safe. A place where you can be totally and completely yourself in all of your humanness! Being a human can be incredibly challenging, whether we are going through major changes or losses, or day to day concerns, we all deserve a place to process our current and past experiences and to be supported without judgement. In safe relationships is where we can flourish.

I work to help people live authentic, meaningful lives throughout all the twists and turns that life presents. I have experience working with many ages and experiences including birthing people, grief/loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Recognizing that each of our paths are unique, so is therapy with me! I work from an integrative person-centered framework where I meet you exactly where you are. Based on your needs, we move together to create and integrate what will help support you best. I utilize a trauma-informed approach to include mindfulness, interpersonal, existential, somatic experiences, Emotion focused therapy, DBT, ACT, to build a treatment that is accessible and works for YOU!

Looking into therapy can be really scary. I aim to meet you where you are, while working to create a safe and collaborative space with everyone who walks through my door. I truly believe you are the expert of your own experience, and it is a privilege for me to get to walk with you through a piece of your journey!
